Postpartum

Postpartum is a sensitive period following childbirth, marked by a rollercoaster of emotions and adjustments for new mothers. It's estimated that up to 80% of new mothers experience 'baby blues,' while around 20% endure more severe postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, or PTSD.
